Handling of personal information
For solving your problems, we may use your personal information that we acquired through consultation
in some cases (like when we have to confirm the details of your contract with the companies). In addition,
we record and keep your information at Practical Living Information Online-Network (PIO-NET). We may
refer to your information such as sex, age and summary of your consultation for solving similar cases.
(In any case, we don’t use specific personal data such as your full name, address or phone number.) Furthermore,
we use the information for consumer education and provide it to raise public awareness about consumer affairs.
